This policy explains what data activitestenerife.com collects and how it is used. Short version: we collect only what you send us to answer your request, and nothing else.
Who we are

What we collect
- Form submissions: name, email, WhatsApp number, dates, group size, chosen activity and message — sent via the FormSubmit service to our inbox. The page you submitted from is recorded for internal tracking.
- WhatsApp and phone contact: whatever you share in the conversation, processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own policy.
- Technical data: this site uses no analytics trackers and no advertising cookies. A session-storage flag is used only to avoid showing the WhatsApp popup twice.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your request and, if you proceed, to connect you with a licensed local operator who will deliver the activity. Your details may be shared with that operator only to the extent needed to confirm your booking (e.g. name and group size). We do not sell data, run newsletters or build marketing profiles.
Legal basis & retention
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and on pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b). Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing starthubproject1@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
